hi im filling out the form i-130 n G-325A and my question is if i put my married name or maiden name as my last name on the forms?i only have the marriage certificate wit my husband last name and everything else is with my maiden name?and if i have to last names do i ut both of them?

one more question how long is it taking for them to approve the i-130 and does any one now the time fram form starting the process to get recidence for an illegal married to a us citizen,in how long should i get my appointment at the us consulate of my country,mexico?
