Help filling out application

Hello,
I am in H4 visa and planning to apply for J1.My husband is in H1B. He recently file I 140 and i am included in the application too.When i apply for my DS 2019, there is a question asking - Have you ever filed for Green card - Yes or No. What should i answer?

We are in similar situation. I am on H4 and my husbands I 140 was approved a year back. I think the Answer for this question should be 'no' because we have not applied for I-485 . The I485 is called 'Application to register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status'. The question on the J1 visa form provided by ECFMG asks 'Have your or your spouse applied for US permanent Resident Status(Green Card).

Please Advise.
