Help filling in 765

i am applying for gc through marriage and filing all the forms together:
130, 485, 765 etc.

I arrived to the US on L1-B visa which is still valid. I am currently filling in form 765 and am stuck with the following questions. M not sure if the questions below are related to my L1-B work visa or not? Please advise.

Have you filed for employment authorization from USCIS?
Which USCIS office?
Date?
Results (attach all documentation)

It's only yes if you've previously applied for an EAD. Otherwise, No. Your L1b status is not an EAD.

p.s. why not also file I-131 for Advance Parole?

thanks for your reply. ok so i will enter not applicable for that section.

yep i am filing advance parole document as well. and i actually need it for travel in February. we registered our marriage so we could kick start our gc process.......and our traditional marriage ceremony per customs is actually in march....i was planning to go back bit earlier for the preparations/planning. So leads me to next question will this create questions on our bona fide relationship??

i was going to note on the reasoning letter that the ceremony will be held per our customs in front of all family members which were not present at our registered marriage etc.

also is the ceremony reason sufficient to expedite it?

Don't give that much information. For Advance Parole based on an I-485, you don't even need to attach an explanation letter.
