Help Fill I-130 item 22

Hi,
I am applying for adjustment of status. Green card through marriage with I-130 & I-485.

If we leave in jersey city , what should we answer at item 22 of I-130 form?
Item 22 is :
Complete the information below if ur relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.
You relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at a Uscis office in :
______ (City) _____ ( state)

We live in Jersey City. Some people told us to answer Newark New Jersey, some people told me to write Dallas, TX. Which one is it?
