Hi All,
I have received my EB2 approved recently and the priority date is the latest date that they had on my approval. I had asked for a recapturing of my date from 2011 but unfortunately they did not provide me that date and has provided with new/latest date of 2024. Now, my dates are current as per the latest Visa bulletin. I have a specfic question from I-485.
The form I-485 Part 2 Question 3 and 4 asks for the petition # and priority date, what should I fill in? i,.e. should I put the latest PD (of 2024) or should I put the one from 2011 that I am trying to port?
