I am planning to go to Nuevo Laredo to get my F-1 to H-1B change of status visa stamp. I want to know:
1. If anyone has gone to this consulate for similar case and what the result was
2. If I plan to go by myself, what things need to be done and how can I do them by myself
3. If there is any person/agency that can help me in getting the Mexican visa, driving me to the consulate and bringing me back to the US side.
