Hi,
My labor had applied through Company 'A' where i'm working presently. In labor advertisement it says atleast 3 yrs of exp. required.i have all exp.letters(total 5yrs) that specified in labor except one(around 7months).but i mentioned it in my labor.i would sure i wouldn't get that exp.letter.even if i get i would get only for 3 months(last 3 months) rather 7 months.
i didn't even know anyone(coworker or colleague) in that company.is it going to be a problem for I-140(which requires all previous exp.letters.)?

what can i do in that situation?

Can anyone help me with this question?

Thanks in advance

skpkv,
If your labor requires Three years of Experience, then you must show experience letters for minimum of three years. You said that you have experience letters for 5 years. You should be fine.

Thanks naanshi for your reply.

Are they send any query if i didn't provide that to BCIS at the time of I-140.
Actually i put that worked from May 2002 to Dec 2002 thorugh a company.if i get exp.letter for 3 months(Oct 2002 to Dec 2002) is it advisable to send that letter for that 7 months?is it going to be a probelm if i enclosed exp.letter for 3 months instead of 7 months?

once again thanks for your reply.
