Hi all,
I submitted my AP application concurrently with I-485 GC application on last Oct. and received the AP approval notice in Jan. 2009. However, there is an error on my AP. They put someone else's picture on it. I called USCIS customer service and they asked me to send them back and at the same time file a new I-131 application. I was also told it will take another 2-3 month to receive a new AP. My 2nd AP application was submitted at the end of Jan.
Today My mom told me that my dad was diagnosed with cancer. I have to go overseas visit him ASAP.
Does anyone know how to expedite advance parole application?
Would Info pass help me in this situation?
What kind of documents do I need to prepare for expediting AP?
