Thanks to all of you who are willing to help others in these complex matters.
According to USCIS website my H1-B notice was emailed to me on June 13th 2007. But the company lawyer and my employer are reluctant in giving me a copy of my H1B notice. In this past month, the lawyer has not returned any of my calls and the employer has always been making lame excuses. Can anyone please guide me what should I do? How should I get my H1 approval notice from them?
I really appreciate guidance from anyone who has been in a similar situation or who knows how should I get my H1 B notice.
