Help: EB3-PD June 2004 or Perm EB2 march2006 ?

Guys,
I am planning to start a new labor as Perm EB2 March 2006. Since my company cannot keep the old one, they are going to cancel my old labor once my perm gets approved. based on the current priority dates, should I go for perm? My old labor PD: June 2004 EB3 NonRIR.
