Dear all,

Need help urgently!!

EAD expires 9/21/04, still not yet submit renewal, where should I submit to? :confused: :confused:

My case was transferred to MSC and transferred back to NY. Should I send the I-765 directly to VSC or MSC or NY?

If NY, can I go to Federal Plaza directly to submit the renewal of EAD?

Any advice is welcome.

Apply for you EAD online using E file, most likely it wouldn't be approved before your old EAD expires. You can obtain an interim EAD at federal plaza valid for 8 months if you don't get it approved within 90 days by going in with your old EAD and your receipt notice.
 
Do you know how to fill up the i-765 under line 14 (Manner of last entry) and line 15 (current immigration status)?
