HELP : EAD renew - VSC - Check Not cashed

Anyone send paper base EAD renew this month. My checks are not yet cashed. I called today customer service and she told we have very less people are working this week and next week. that may be reason for late. Please give us 30 days and call again. but I am loosing time. My EAD expired in April first week.

Anyone sent paper base application this month in VSC.

Please share your with me your experience.

I called again VSC on Friday. She told me wait for Jan 1st week then apply again for renewal. But you will lose Fee and if we process both of your application , we will cancle one and process another one ????? what should I do ????

Any one sent paper base renewal this month ????
 
dont worry.

Your checks will get cashed and within two weeks your application will get approved.
I had applied for my wifes EAD renewal on 25th of Nov and her application got approved on 15th of Dec. Her EAD was expiring in March, so wasted three months as the new EAD is valid from Dec 15th till Dec 14 of next year.
 
Hi

When your checks show in your bank account once they received application. Normally they should take money and send receipt with EAC number then application approve. I do not know they have changed any process ????????

Anyone have sent EAD renewal this month. Any idea how many days took to see check in bank or get receipt ? I am little concern about because I am working on EAD now. I called VSC last week, She told me wait this week and if you do not see check in bank or get receipt then re-file on next year first week. but I will lose fee for EAD.

Yes, It changed twice in one week before the approval, and twice before it got approved. So in total 4 over 2 weeks.

They received my EAD application on Dec 16. The check is cashed from my bank on Dec 20. I got approvals on Dec 29.

Hope these time lines help you. May be its good idea to check your bank if the check is cashed or not.

checks cashed

I mailed my AP and EAD doc on 27th dec by fedex, received uscis on 28th
checks cashed today and the RD says DEC 30th.

AP for myself, wife and Kid
EAD for myself and wife.

EAD check for mine has not yet cashed, I will let you know when the check is cashed.
