Help! EAD pending for 9 months...

I contacted the support center and they sent an inquiry 2 months back. I haven't heard from UCIS. What should I do? Can I reapply?

Is this for the first EAD or renewal. Did you get any RFE.

This is not a renewal. Applied for employment based EAD. No RFE...nothing.

I think this is a case where you should try to generate another status enquiry. If the card has been sent to your address and was
not received, you may need to apply for duplicate card.
You may also be able to contact local INS office and
obtain a temporary EAD, if you can show that your EAD application is pending with the service center for more than 90 days.
