I am planning to apply EAD online. My previous application details are mentioned below.
- Original H1B is valid until May 2003.
- Applied for I-140, I-485 and EAD in Dec 2002 from same company of H1B employer.
- Received EAD and is valid up to Jan 2004.
- In Feb 2003 went to India on H1B and returned on H1B. Given I-94 is valid till May 2003.
- In May 2003 applied for renewal of H1B. Received renewal of H1B with new I-94 attached to approval (valid up to 2005).
- Still using H1B becuase I-140 is pending.
Now my questions are
1) Which one should I select in the form I-765. A# or I-94. If I-94 then which I-94 number should I write? I-94 given at the time of port of entry in Feb 2003 (expired in May 2003) or newly received I-94?
2) I do not have Date of previous EAD application. My lawyer previously applied it. Is the date is available on the EAD receipt?
