Help DV visa fee slip

Hi there,

I think I made a mistake paying with a personal check for the DV visa fee (sent to the Department of State in Pittsburgh, PA).

Now that I have realized this mistake I do not have the fee slip.

Could anybody PLEASE scan it and e-mail it to me?
P L E A S E !!!!

Maybe you know where I could get another one?

Any chance Department of State will accept personal check?

I had sent my dv fee using my personal check and they send back the receipt on 5 day. So you are OK they do accept the personal check too.

Just let you all know that personal check for DV fee ($375) works perfectly.
