Finally completed my job search + signed contract + obtained case number + got approval for Conrad 30 by the state dept of health. The state sent the waiver recommendations to the DOS 3 weeks ago (contract + letter + IGA barcode page by third party)...till today, DOS (both on the computer & when I called) states they have not received the documents. My questions:
1) Does it usually take this long for DOS to update the documents they received?
2) Should I contact the state dept of health to resend everything? (might take a while coz I will need another copy of the contract, etc).
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE! My waiver is for June 2008, but wanted to get things done so I could apply for my NIW/EB2~!
