Help: do I still need apply for EB3 based I140

My NIW was approved on March 7. I did not expect it would be approved so fast. My layer is still preparing my EB3 based I140. Is it necessary to apply for another I140? Thanks for your advice.

Its not! Unless you like wasting money. NIW is far less restrictive than an EB3 based petition.
