Please people help me to check if I qualify to file i-485.
My situation is
1. EB1B-OR i-140 and i-485 concurrently filed, but recently I-140 denied.
2. NIW 140, self-petitioner, pending.
3. I am going to change job in Sept.
My major concern is that do I still qualify to file new i-1485 linking to pending i-140, but still allow me to change new job.
