Help: Do I need Visa stamping again?

Here is my situation. I got a job from California company in 2001, approved H1 and visa stamped on my passport. But due to companies financial status, they withdrew their job offer and I never entered US. Now I got offer from another company and their petition for my H1 is also approved this week. My question is Can I enter US with my old Visa stamp? OR do I need to get visa stamping for my new approval? What is best? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I think you don't need second stamp

I think you don't need second stamp, but while entering usa at POE you need to show your new H1 apporval to get correct information on your I-94 form.

Again I am not lawyer, but I think it should be fine.
