HELP-do i need to renew my I-94

Hello friends
please some one can help on this.

My I-94 is going to expire in 1 month. my 6 year visa also expired. I am on EAD now.

now i need to extend or have to get new i-94?
or nothing to do with my i-94!
what i have to do.

I don't think you need to extend your I-94 if you are on EAD now. The expiry date on the I-94 is dependent on the document you showed at port of entry. For eg. if you came on a H1B and your H1B was expiring in May 2005, the officer at port of entry will give you I-94 only till May 2005. Now if you decide to use your EAD, you do not need to renew your I-94.

i have few more questions.
i showed my travel document at the port of entry,
but my travel document is going to expire on APRIL 2005. but the date he entered on my I-94 is july 2005.
what does it mean.
