I just found out today that I had forgotten to apply for LCA before sending all the forms/supplementals to the INS for my husband's H1b renewal. INS sent a notice stating that they need a LCA and it must be certified prior to the filing of the I-129 petition. He has been under H1b for the past 3 years. What can I do now?

P.S. His H-1b expired May 1, 2007 and we got our EAD card July 20, 2007.
