Help and suggestions:
Could I file I-485 to another Service Center, which is different from the one I-140 petition was approved?
My conditions:
Ph.D., F-1, Wisconsin, going to graduate next half year or so. I-140 NIW was approved at Texas Service Center through a lawyer in Florida
Problem:
I-485 was not accepted at Texas Service Center through the same lawyer, and was asked to file to Nebraska Service Center
Questions:
1, Is there anybody who has the same experience? Please give some advices
2, Could I file to Nebraska Service Center? If so, is there any possibility that I-485 was denied?
3, Could I still file to Texas Service Center with a letter to explain something?
4, Should I file by myself or through lawyer?
5, Basically, please tell me what to do.
