Go to the INS website, download the 485 form, check the instructions and then talk to your attorney. Get the medical done and send it in otherwise you\'ll surely get a RFE.

My case
Hi, I am in the same situation as you. I called the lawyer, and per him, since medical exam is only volid for a year, better off waiting for RFE from the INS and do it than redid it as many has done before. But we have our FP less than three month of our filing time.
