Help-conflict with employer

Hi Gurus,
I got my GC through Consular Processing 3 months ago-sponsored by my present employer. Since that time, my employer has been mistreating me, insulting me in front of everyone in the offfice and every 2 weeks there have been conflicts at the work place. My life has become miserable. What is the earliest that I can leave my present job. I will be grateful, if someone can tell me the implications if I decide to leave now.

Sorry, for not suggesting an easy way out!

For an employee to leave the sponsor, the minumum safe
period seems to be 6 months. But you should realize there
is no specified safe period.

On the other hand if the employer decides to lay you off, that
would be the easiest way out for you. Otherwise, since you
have already spent 3 months, wait for another 3 months or
so and then take the decision. That would take care of the
problem from your side.

Coming to the implications, we can not predict what your
employer will do. You would be the better judge of this.
Talk to an immigration attorney if necessary.
