Help!Complicated one.

Hi,everyone.My question is a bit complicated.I am a citizen and want to marry a girl.The problem is that she is married already and her current husband is an asylum applicant...So the point is that she got no visa and she is staying in the us just because of her husband status.Ok,here is a question.Some people are telling us as soon she will get divorce they gonna kick her out of the country.And even if we gonna hurry up and marry she got no chance to pass the interview.Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Before worrying about her status, i think you need to realize the bigger problem; You want to marry someone who's married. Way to go...

She should get divorce first before you can marry her, that also takes time. Then she should marry her and file I -130, I -485 etc.
Only problem is that your marriage to her will raise a lot of questions when she goes for interview, and thats why you should consult a lawyer.
