Help Completing DS-156

Hello all,
 I have filed I-485 (AOS) for my GC. My H1 expired and I have my extended H1 approval. I am with the same company throughout my stay in US. I will be applying for the H1 B Visa stamping in India. I was going thro the Form DS-156 and I have a doubt in filling one query.
31. HAS ANYONE EVER FILED AN IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION ON YOUR BEHALF ? - Should I say Yes or No.
 
say Yes, I did so , got my visa at Mumbai with no issues at all.

so did my wife...just 2 weeks ago
