Help -Company is moving in less then 180days after appying 485

Friend of mine got his 140 approved from NSC today. His company is moving from Chicago office to east coast next month. He is getting all the documents needed to file 485. What happens to his 485 if he moves after one month of applyiing?
How does INS find out he moved out to different location unless he gets RFE regarding company? Most likely INS is not going to work on his case in 180 days. So is it ok if he uses 180days protection?
 
The best way is to ask your friend to consult his attorney, this is really a tricky issue for us to

 
 
To my knowledge

You could file your 485 and then file for a new I140 for the new location or, move to the new location and file for new I140 and then file 485.
