I had my green card through asylum,they suppose to back date my card for one year back but they did not( uscis mistake) I been aproved on jan 2006 so they suppose to date my card jan 2005 but they dated jan 2006 (mistake) My question is when can i applied for a citizenship jan 2010-3 months and explain to them that's uscis mistake or jan 2011-3 months
