Help -- Changing job, EAD more than 180 days old

Hi,

My EAD is more than a year old and now I have a new job offer. There are three things that I'm concerned about and need help:

1. What is the information that I need to submit to INS while changing this job (for I-485 Portability).

2. In case I take up this offer then I'll have to move to California, does this mean that I'll have to change centre to CSC from NSC.

3. What will be the impact on 485 processing will it delay considerably.

Also go thru the previous threads posted in the forum

They are pretty good there about this.
