help! change of address question

i sent a request for change of address to may lawyer december. i didn't think they worked on it so i called nsc january of this year and had my address changed. i got my fp notice last week and it was still adressed to my old home. what should i do? are they still accepting change of address over the phone? thanks a bunch!

Change of address

Recently I moved from MN to VA. During my transit I got my FP notice at my MN address, so I sent (not my lawyer) a letter to NSC office requesting them to change my address from MN to VA. They updated my address immediately and I received new FP notice in 20 days to my new address.. (Since I changed state the INS office from where I should take FP also changed).

So I would suggest you to send letter to NSC (you can find their address in I 485 application form) or check with your attorney about the status of your case.
