Help: case number not exist via AVM

I called AVM to check my case status and was told that my case number didn\'t exist. What might be the problem?

dont worry about it if your case has just been filed with VSC

I filed my 485 on April 30 and until August 20th I heard the same message(case cannot be found at this time.) On August 21st the AVM was updated. So if your case has just been filed, wait for a while.
