Get an infopass at your DOS ... it is just important for the USCIS that you read the questions on the back, answer them truthfully and sign the statement. They know obviously very well who is invited at what time for the oath ceremony. I would not expect that they have 'backup forms' in the court before the oath ceremony. This letter should be easy to replace if you try. It would be more of a problem if you would not be able to produce your greencard at the day of interview.
