HELP-Can't figure this question out!!!

I am going to apply for me reentry permit. I am unsure how to answer question 3 in Part I....class of admission?? Do they need the type of Visa I had when entering the US or do they need me to say Asylee since that's hw I got my GC??

Also they ask me regarding my old RTD. Mine is expired. Do I need to mail back the old RTD or I can just keep it for final interview?

I believe class of admission means your status when you last time entered the USA. So my lawyer said when I asked him the same question.
