Help - can FP done in an ASC other than specified?

Hi,

We recd. our FP notice recently. The letter says we have to go to Dover,DE ASC but our lawyer said we can go to Philly too. We live in NJ - can we go to any nearest ASC or should we only go to the one specified in the letter?
Also, does anyone have any tips on Philly FP?
