In the case when Birth certificates is not available to file along with I-485, I assume some affidavit has to be prepared.
1. where to get the birth certificate "non-availability" certificate from? From the municipal corporation of where you were born or where you were residing before coming to USA?
2. Is the above "non-availability" certificate a must?
3. What to do in the case when the name on the original certificate is different from the passport name?
