Yesterday RFE has been issued for my daughter. I still haven't received it. But I guess it may be for her birth certificate. Her birth certificate has only her first name.
If my assumption is correct, what's the procedure to send affidavit?
Can we just type the affidavit on plain paper, get it notarized and respond to RFE? or anything else is required to do?
