Help: biometrics notice at old address after moving

I-485 pending at TSC because of the name check (stuck since March 05 )and we have moved outside of TSC center for several months.
Received bioemetrics code 3 notice at the old address and the appointment was at previous state although the address has been changed for 3 months. The appointment date has passed, but say can do that in following same weekday until Feb 2007.
My questions are:
1) Do I have to go back to previous state to do biometrics or I can request to have a new one at the current state (not belong to TSC).
2) Should I call TSC and greatly appreciate if someone has same experience?
