help, been a month since interview.

its been a month since our interview
this rude lady who interviewed us said they will review our case and will just hear from them in 2-3weeks. now its been a month, still no updates on our case. checked it online, last date that was updated was still july when application was recieved. our DO is at phoenix

Hi, I am in the same situation and nothing happened even I sent many inquires, letters to Ombudsman, Suoervisor, Officer etc... So on August 28th I filed my WOM. Yesterday they contacrted my attorney with a fiingerprint request and promised if it gets it done my case will be approved. If I were you I would do the same, but first you need to exchaust you administrative remedies.

it still says- "Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on July 5, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates."

but already have our interview more than a month...
