Hi,

I am applying for extension of B2 stay for my mother. Please provide answers to the following questions

1) On I-539, what should i put for date of expiration for current status?
Is it the date on which I-94 expires or the date on which the visa expires (10 yr multiple entry visa)

2) I ONLY have the itinerary for return ticket. Do I have to buy and send the ticket?

3) Can I pay the application fee of $200.00 by personal check?
