Hi all!
My 140 (EB1-OR) was approved more that 2 years ago, and my 485 has been pending ever since, as i seems that I am stuck in FBI name check
For EB1-OR you need to have a "permanent" position according to the USCIS criteria (in my case reserch scientist). I want to change jobs (obvioulsy my 485 have been pending for more than 180days ) and is a job in the same subject.
I really want to work for the new institution but, here my big doubt:
Can I accept a "non-permanent" position, namely a post-doc?
Does the "permanent" classification of the job applies for a jobe change
long after 140 is approved?
PLEASE HELP!!!
