Help! Apirl 2002. No FP

As Official FP date is June 02, you are eligable to send query, and letters, here is what you should consider and follow the steps very seriously.
1. Get a letter from your Attorney about query of FP on ur case. make copies and keep in ur record, ask attorney to send it.
2. Immidiate contact to your local Congresssman/Senator using this link

3. Call 1-800- and ask to send FP notice.
4. you already sent two FP letters change ur letter Format do put ur new date. and keep sending via Fax 'Att: TSC Director' and TSC mailing ADdress.
Hope within one month you would get FP.
and note when u contact Gong/Sen do not give them long story... make it simple , ask that you need their help to issue fP notice. since you filled never received any FP.

I already asked about this but no one responded so far.This official FP date is only shown on this website, i want to know where they are getting this official date info since i cannot find it on the immigration website.

Well, so far no FP issued for me of course and about my efforts, i sent lots and lots of faxes to TSC since July and so far no response.Last one i sent was yesterday, i am running out of paper here
. My question about this FP official date was because if my next step will be calling TSC (again!) or contacting my congressman, i wanted to have more information in case they ask me or if TSC tells me that such official date for FP does not exist.I remember someone here calling TSC and mentioning this date and they had no idea what he was talking about, so basically i just want to be more informed before taking my next step regarding my FP.
At the same time, i have more patience now because i can see many people getting their FPs with dates close to mine, so i would say it is a matter of time but how long?But have no doubt, i will be contacting them again very soon if they pass my date, just to make sure they did not lose my file!

Hi wheresmygc,
we are in same boat, I try to fax to TSC director more than 10 times this morning, fax# 214 962 2632 was busy all the time. Is this fax# correct? I got this fax number from this website. your help is appreciated.

Unless TSC post the FP processing date on their website, it's not considered official, and we can't refer to it. At least that's what I got from the congressmen's office, and of couse they can't help me since TSC's official 485 date hasn't reach my May 2002 yet...... and I suspect that even if I reached that date, I will be told to wait another 30-60 days...
Also, I was told by the congressmen's office that they know that it's not a perfect(#@?!) system, but that's what we got, and we have to be patient...

CIS should make a new rule that if so many days passed or less then 90 days
of your ND then current proceesing date and no FP yet, then go to FP center
without appt, get your fp done, give them your passport (may not be good idea) with a self addressed letter and they will stamp I 551 and send it overnight.
