Help:AP approved from email,but never received it

Help:AP approved from email,but never received it...


both my hubby and my AP were approved on July 2nd, and the lawyer got my husband's AP on July 5th, but never received my AP.

is this normal? or I have to be patient to wait?

if it is lost, how I can get it? calling uscis or go to local office?

thanks for anyone's input.
