Is there anybody waiting I140 approval for concurently filed case?

I have filed I 140&I485 concurently on March 2003 but No I 140 approval?

I have done FP2 on Sep 16/2004

Is anybody on the same boat, Any suggestions ?

I am waiting for concurrent approval as well.

Any Senator or Congressman process you have tried ?

It is good to now not to be alone :-)

Have you tried any Senator or congressman process ? any response back ?
What is really annoying is not getting advantage of I140 ?

HAs anyof you check FBI name check status ? I requested by email but haven't got any response :-(

Hi Friends,

My Name check is done. I got reply from FBI after 1 month.
My Lawyer has initiated inquiry just now with Vermount Senator. I don't know name, but let us see wht happens. Also My lawyer initiated inquiry 1 month back through AILA, but we never recd any reply from them.

In between My LUD for I-140 changed 4-5 times, but nothing happened...as yet...

did any body initiated inquiry through AILA or senator on I-140 , wht was response you got , please reply?
 
Hum bhi peeche hai tumhare...not approved yet..

Good to see this thread, this gives me some hope that i am not all alone.

A friend of mine filed concurrent Sept '02 (yes '02). EB1-OR. When the posted date moved past Sept 02 for I-140 his lawyer initated an enquiry. Within a month he received RFEs (I-140 and I-485), and also FP2. It has been about a month since he responded. No news yet.

We are guessing the the I-140/I485 will be approved simultaneously.

I made queury by Senator but not getting any response....

What is next ?

I have got my I 140 approved yesterday. I was expecting I 140&I485 will be approved together. Any experince or knowledge here ?

Do you think approval was becs of ur inquiry you made through senator or lawyer inquiry or congressman ?

There is a good chance that your I485 will be approved in a next couple of days as well.
