Help! any recent FP experience at Newark NJ?

My wife and I have a Wed appoint for FP next week. Our appt is at 11 Am. My question is: do we need to go way early than the scheduled time? My wife is not feeling well lately, is it possible for her to get into the seating area before the line? Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

My wife and me did the FP in Newark. But we went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded that much on a Saturday. I am not sure how long a queue you will get during a weekday but I am sure they will make a fuss for someone to go into the seating area before your turn comes in the queue. Because they did not let my father(who was not even applying and my baby 1 year at the time inside the seating area till we got our chance in the queue). But as I said I was the fourth person in the queue when I went and had to wait only 5 mins to go to the seating area.
