Help ! Any Idea on this subject?

I am a new comer to the forum. I have some questions to ask you guys.
I granted asylum in 2000 (sept) and applied for GC in 2001.
When I checked my status through the phone on NSC ,It said
It takes 420-450 days to process this kind of case. But on their
web site the time frame is until 2009. What is going on
Any ideas on this?

The AVM is providing the wrong information. The timeframe posted in the website, provides the best approximate estimate of when your application will be processed. I kindly suggest you to read old threads in this forum. You will find very useful information.
