HELP! after filing WOM

Dear all,

In mid September, I helped myself filing a WOM for our I-485 cases. My name check has been pending since 2004.

Then I got an RFE from USCIS for EVL and marriage, which is being answered by our beloved attorney;

In early November, we got a call from local FBI, requesting a meeting. It went well, the agent listened to our story attentively and took notes and our trail of paper record, she promised to do what she could to check our case from her end;

Today, all of suddent, I got a call from US assitant attorney, requesting a "motion to dismiss due to lack of subject discretion". I certainly refused and I understand we need to go to court with USCIS.

Here is what I plan to do:
1. beat up on my beloved attorney to answer the RFE soon;
2. seeking help from local attorney for going to court;
3. seeking help from this board, any advice from gurus ?
what can I do?

BTW, we are based in metro Detroit area, neither Northern Cal or Boston
 
only advise i can think of when going to court is.......prepare your argument along with your attorney which will prove that FBI has taken too much time already...........or atleast FBI needs to define the amount of time required...

but of course....they can use the term "National Security", 15 years old global paper based files being searched for a reference of your name........and hence they cannot give a deadline......

i am sure they will not use the term....resource problem.....because then you can use the term "raise fee"
