I have a 3 year degree and 10 years of experience, my I-140 was applied under EB2 and was approved in EB2. But later the attorney did my education evaluation and he feels that they should have applied in EB3. He asks me not to worry because the I-140 has already been approved.
I am just wondering if this will haunt me during the I-485 approval. I am still waiting for my FP notice. What would be the options available if there are any issues approving my I-485.
