Help!!
Today, I was informed that I will get academic suspension because of violation of honor code of students and have to leave the university after final decision (21 days late). I really want get some suggestion to let me stay legally in USA. I have some questions:
1) Can I apply for changing F-1 to F-2 visa from the international office in USA before the university kick me out. ( My wife is the student)
2) If I can change the visa staus. I have two ways: apply for changing in USA from the USCIS OR apply for changing in my homecountry. Which one is better?
3) If I am terminated by the university when I apply for changing status. Will I definitelly be denied ? Will the officer of US embassy know it and will not let me entry into USA forever if I apply for changing from the hometown?
4) I have finished courses work and in the OPT period now. The international student advisor told me that I can't transfer to another university because my OPT type was based on finishing master degree soon and once I do transfer I will out of status since the beginning date of OPT. Is it right ? (Actually, I have gotten the admission from another univeristy already).
