HELP About the EAD problem emergency

Help needed about the EAD.!!!!!!!
My EAD is expired , and I renewed it one month ago. the new one is
not approved till now .
Can I work and get paid before the new EAD is approved ?
Or Do I need to get a temopral one ?
if I must need How to?
