Help with RFE please, very worried!!!

One month ago my lawyer sent INS documents in response to an RFE. However, in the job letter, the stupid lawyer did not say anything about my job duty and employment dates; he just said the salary and perspective of employment (INS asked all of the following: job duty, employment dates, salary, and perspective of employment). Other documents W-2 and tax forms are fine.

I yesterday received the copies from the lawyer for all the documents he sent to INS. My question is: do I have to resend INS an employment letter addressing all the requests? Or I am just fine?

Would it be worse if I send another job letter?

relax, lawyers have their reasons not to mention other info. and i don't think it's a big problem.

Just wait to hear from BCIS...Its not much a wait after rfe's are responded. Hopefully they might clear your appl, since everything else is fine.
By the way, what are u'r RFE Details, like when recieved, responded etc.

RFE details:

All pages of the passport;
Job letter;
W-2 and tax returns for past 3 years; and
paychecks for last 24 months!!

24 months paystub is too much. Did you type write about 24 months paystub or you wanted to write 2-4 months paystub?

you said responded mar 30 updated mar 31. Do you mean you mailed the documents on mar 30, and ins received the documents and they updated online message in 24 hours. Please clarify, because I have sent my documents to lawyer one week back and my online message has not changed yet. Though I dont know when my lawyer sent it to INS

it is 20 months, which is, fortunately, I have.

You know it is asked by INS, buddy. They want you provide them something that is hard to provide!

100% sure... fedex sent on 30, received at 10 am on 31. On April 1, online message changed.

But, come to my worries please...

The lawyer just said about 2 things in the job letter, while RFE asked 4 things.... and that is my concern. I am afraid it would trigger another RFE, or in the worse case, a transfer case. If it would happen why don't I resend INS a new job letter. This is all this thread about.

So you guys don't think I should resend INS a new employment letter?

In the letter

He just mentioned 2 things: my salary and perspective of employmentand. But he forgot to mention another two requested also by INS: hire dates and job duty. I fully ignored his mistake before I got it signed by the VP in my company.
